How long does the first call take, and is it paid?

The first call is usually 30 minutes and completely free. We listen, understand the scope, and tell you honestly whether we're a good fit. If we're not, we point you in a better direction. No commitment.

How quickly do you reply?

We get back within 24 hours at the latest — usually much sooner. If something's urgent, phone is always the fastest channel.

When do I get a price quote?

After the first call, once the scope is clear, we prepare a fixed-price proposal. A detailed quote typically reaches you within 2–5 business days. For complex work we may propose a paid discovery phase first.

Do you work with clients outside Turkey?

Yes. We work with EU clients and have projects across MENA. Communication is mostly in English, and we travel for in-person meetings when it helps. We account for timezone differences in sprint planning.

Do you only do development, or also consulting?

Both. Our Project Development and AI Integration pages describe the build side; Advisory and Training cover consulting and education. Most clients start at one and gradually pick up others.

Who owns the source code?

You do. The full source lives in your git repo. No vendor lock-in. If needed, we run a clean handover to another team or your own internal team.

How do you handle data security and GDPR/KVKK?

We work in line with KVKK and GDPR. Access to client data is strictly scoped to what the project requires, under NDA. Server placement, encryption, and backup procedures are documented in writing for every project.

What if I don't think we're ready for AI yet?

Let's talk anyway. Most companies that feel 'not ready' can actually take big steps with a small POC. If we decide it really is too early, we'll say so — and tell you which conditions should trigger a return.
