01story

Started with a small team. Today we work with 44 AI agents.

Code35 was founded in İzmir in 2016. The early years looked like a classic software house: custom development work, ERP integrations, customer CRM systems. We paid close attention to what Turkish SMEs actually needed, and learned the Turkish regulatory universe (e-invoicing, KVKK, İYS) from the inside.

The turning point came in 2023. Once LLMs matured enough, it became clear: what it meant to be a software company had changed. The thing multiplying productivity 10× wasn't a framework — it was a colleague. An AI agent. The only question was whether to just use it, or to rebuild ourselves around it.

Our answer was the latter. In 2024 we moved to an AI-native architecture and rebuilt every development workflow around agents. In 2025, Cortex OS went live: an operating system coordinating 44 AI agents in concert. Today we run 6 active SaaS products, each backed by both a human team and an AI team.
